Terms of Service

Last updated: June 16, 2026

These terms govern your access to and use of SwiftAlerts (the "Service"). By signing in or querying the endpoint, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

Not financial advice

SwiftAlerts provides aggregated market data and analytics for informational purposes only. Nothing it returns is investment, legal, tax, or trading advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell any security. Markets carry risk and you may lose money. You are solely responsible for your own decisions, and you should do your own research and consult a licensed professional before acting.

The Service

SwiftAlerts exposes a read-only data endpoint (an MCP server) that aggregates analyst sentiment, options flow, valuations, market microstructure, and AI-infrastructure signals from public and third-party sources, so that an AI agent can query it.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Data accuracy & availability

Data is sourced from third parties and public records. It may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee uninterrupted availability and may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftAlerts will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or reliance on its data.

Termination

We may suspend or revoke access at any time, including for violation of these terms or abuse of the Service. You may stop using the Service and request deletion of your account at any time.

Changes

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules.
